The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Orange County residents regarding the residency of 38-year-old Robert Greene, who has moved from Marlboro to a residence on Temple Hill Road in New Windsor.

The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Greene as a level two threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."

According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Greene had sexual intercourse and contact with his victim in Newburgh in January 2007. He was convicted of first-degree sexual abuse in June that same year and sentenced to a term of six years in prison. He is now under the jurisdiction of the New Windsor Town Police Department.
